This is a self-reflection tool, designed to be a helpful mirror — rather than a fixed profile — showing where you currently land across key leadership practices. You can grow in each of these practices over time to become a better leader.
We've carefully prepared this assessment to give you a clear and meaningful snapshot of your leadership. It's designed for personal reflection and development. It is not intended for hiring decisions, performance evaluations, or clinical evaluation.
At the end of the assessment, you will receive a short report with three areas of relative strength and three areas for growth, along with suggested next steps to develop your leadership capacity.
We will use your responses to create your report, improve the assessment, and conduct leadership development research. GLN uses good faith efforts to de-identify responses when aggregating assessment data.
This assessment takes about 10 minutes to complete.
