Capabilities: Rate the existing capabilities related to each statement. When considering the capabilities of your organization, please evaluate the potential for action present within the organization (the strength/weakness of the assets, people, structures, you have in place).
Culture: Rank the statement from the most descriptive to the least descriptive. When considering the culture of your organization, please consider your experience and perspective within the organization. This is highly subjective.
Risk: Select the most appropriate statement based on your experience. Consider your responses from the perspective of your role within the organization and the degree of risk that you would likely exercise or have observed others in that role exercise.
